How can I acquire my S-Card?

You can buy your S-Card at the reception of S Groups Hotels. Alternatively, you can acquire your S-Card through the S-Card Web Service.

How much does the S-Card cost?

The S-Card costs only EUR 20/card/year, if you buy your membership with campaign fee on May, 2012. Normal membership fee is EUR 25/card/year. If you reach the annual limit set for the Premium card, you will receive a Premium card without any annual charge.

How can I renew my S-Card?

You can renew your S-Card at a hotel’s reception desk, through the S-Card Web Service or by mailing a bank transfer form. The renewal of the S-Card costs only EUR 20 with campaign fee on May, 2012 (normally membership renewal costs EUR 25).

Use and benefits of the S-Card

Will I earn bonuses for S-Card purchases with my S-Etukortti card?

S-Card purchases do not accumulate bonuses for your S-Etukortti card because they belong to two different customer systems.

Are the S-Card benefits personal?

S-Card benefits are pesonal and these benefits, S-points or Meal benefits, can not be transferred to other people or to other S-Card.

Will I get a refund or earn S Points for using my meal benefit?

The meal benefit is used in full each time and cannot be refunded. Furthermore, you will not earn S Points for using your meal benefits.

Where can I check the validity of my S-Card membership?

You can check the validity of your S-Card through the S-Card Web Service or S-Card customer service, by sending an SMS balance query, or at hotel reception desks.

How is the card’s validity year set?

The year of validity of your S-Card begins from the purchase of the card.

How can I order or cancel the electronic newsletter?

The easiest way to order or cancel the S-Card newsletter is to use the S-Card Web Service. Login to the Oma S-Card service and make the changes required to your customer information through the Marketing Permit section.

Can I utilise member-priced products or services with my S-Card benefits?

S Points can be used for paying for a member-priced room reservation. Instead, the meal benefit does not apply to member-priced products.

Why are the S-Card vouchers no longer in use? How long are they valid?

The meal benefit will replace the S-Card vouchers during the card renewal. S-Card vouchers are normally valid for six months from the granting date.

Where can I check the benefits I’ve earned?

There are three different ways to check your benefit accumulation:

- You can inquire about your benefit balance by sending a text message that reads “SALDO” to 13135. You will receive a response indicating your S Point and meal benefit balance, and the validity of your membership.
- You can also check the benefits using our online service. Log in to the Oma S-Card service and check the status of your benefits there.
- You can also inquire about your benefit balance at hotel receptions when checking in.
